The Thesis Support Group was formed in the Faculty of
Law to provide a forum for both Law Faculty staff and students undertaking postgraduate
research degrees to meet and discuss issues relating to their research and writing.
The group provides an opportunity for those writing postgraduate theses to share
the problems they have encountered as well as their progress and successes.
Members take turns leading the group discussion on topics of
interest. Meetings are informal and are
rotated wherever possible to allow members with teaching and other commitments
to attend. Topics for each session, room numbers, date confirmation and other
details are advised by email.
